Styled after several original examples from early A&F, VL&A, and L.L. Bean catalogs, our hiker's backpack is built with minimalist durability in mind.  Constructed of 1940's U.S. Army tent duck, these sturdy bags will stand the wear.  Single bellowed exterior pocket, drawstring closure, and adjustable shoulder straps.  Flap edges are taped with 1" all cotton OD military webbing, and shoulder straps are constructed from doubled 2" webbing of the same material content.
